Eagle Spirit Dancer

Eagle is the spirit of courage and victory. The universality of the Eagle is reflected throughout many traditions. Native Americans sees His spirit as one who wings his life from earth to soar the Spirit Realm.

This mask has been carved by hand from the bark of the Black Cottonwood tree, which occurs in the lowlands of Alaska's South Central and Southern coastal forests.

The fur is is a recycled caribou hoof.
