Orders are typically shipped to our customers within 1-2 business days after a transaction has been securely processed and received through our online system. You will automatically receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped with a tracking number.

Delivery with USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3-5 business days within the United States and 10-14 days International orders. USPS Express Mail usually takes 2-3 business days within the United States.

Because we have a lot of one of a kind items we do on occasion sell something that we don't have available.

When this happens we will send you an email or call you to let you know. You then have the option to substitute another item or get refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience ,but we are not liable to give you a discount only to send you something of the same value.If the replacement you want costs more, you are liable to pay the extra cost.

Clearance items

If Clearance items are out of stock they will automatically be refunded.

Clearance items are not returnable and are sold as is.


Holiday Gift Giving Special Notice

From Thanksgiving until December 25, we offer an extended exchange policy to allow gift givers the flexibility to exchange items. All exchanges must be received by January 10th. We do not offer the option for a refund during this extended return period.

An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during secure credit card transactions. We use a secure server that is extremely dependable and safe to help insure that your information remains private. Do not order from any other site that does not offer this type of protection.

We will accept returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return.You must pay the return shipping cost. It must arrive at the store undamaged in salable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card or paypal account used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping and a $7.95 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
*All food items such as salmon and syrups are nonrefundable.

Canceling Orders
We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped the morning following our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday. If you decide you want to cancel your order it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately at Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund the shipping cost and a $7.95 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim. You may have to allow a USPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will replace the product at the carrier's expense. If you request that we use the US postal service and decline insurance to save on shipping cost, any adjustment for damage will be between you and the post office.
