Trout

The Rainbow trout is actually a member of the salmon family. These fish live in cold streams and rivers, while some species spend part of their life in the ocean. They live on a gravelly bottom with enough vegetation that provides shelter. Despite increased demand for rainbow trout, their numbers is still high and stable in the wild.
