Orders are typically shipped to our customers within 1-2 business days after a transaction has been securely processed and received through our online system. You will automatically receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped with a tracking number.

Delivery with USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3-5 business days within the United States. USPS Express Mail usually takes 2-3 business days within the United States. Because of the Covid 19 pandemic USA shipping can take an additional few days to get there.

 First Class International Shipping can take 2-6 weeks and there is no way to track it after it leaves the USA. We are not responsible for the delay or the Customs fee that may be due upon delivery. Priority or Express International Shipping are typically Faster but there still may be a customs fee due upon delivery. We are not responsible for how long it takes Customs to process your package, Or how long it takes to be delivered to you. There is no guaranteed delivery date!

From Thanksgiving until December 25, we offer an extended exchange policy to allow gift givers the flexibility to exchange items. All exchanges must be received by January 10th. We do not offer the option for a refund during this extended return period.

We will accept returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return.You must pay the return shipping cost. It must arrive at the store undamaged in salable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card or paypal account used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping and a $7.95 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If goods are damaged, lost or stolen, and you have purchased Insurance through Route, you will need to contact them for any refund or replacement.You will have to contact them within 15 business days. If you wait to long your claim will be denied. We are not responsible for a denied claim. If you have not purchased insurance, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods.
