The Dall's Porpoise live and play in the Northern Pacific waters, and are a welcome sight in the Salish Sea (the native name for the Pacific inland waters). Look inside, you will see other Salish Sea residents. The Belted Kingfisher and the Pigeon Guillemot are on the look out for small fish, along with the Double crested Cormorant and the Black Oyster Catcher. Swimming in the same waters are also Humpback, Gray, and Minke Whales together with the Sea Otter, Harbor Porpoise and spy hopping Orca. This is a rich and beautiful environment, from the nutritious Eelgrass to the elusive giant Octopus.
